Data logging

Post by RitvarsBa » 15 Apr 2016, 05:13

Hi!

What could be the reason for getting empty log data?
As You see in attachment, till 04.14.2016 14:24 there is no data, but it should be!

What is the basic things to check?

Thanks!

Based on this issue I have some questions :

When a new log file is created (except changing configuration)?

When logged data is moved to flash memory?

Dear Customer,

There are lots of recorded data before April 2016. Please check if you are selecting time interval properly, and if your DAQ Manager is updated. Newest version is available here: http://www.multicon24.eu/download.html (1.7.6.86).

New log file is created only when configuration is being changed. The easiest way is to rename, a group by long pressing on group's name in main screen.

Logged data is continuously saved on internal flash memory. On external flash drive it's triggered manually (Menu > Files management > Logging files).

It seems, there was some error with DAQ, updated to newest version, everything works great.

Thank You!
