Critical simcorder soft error

Hi,

I'm getting this error:

access violoation at address 00443A98 in module 'SimCorder.exe'. Read of address 626F2073

It causes my logging and alarming to stop which is a critical error, please help me fix it immediately.

Can you select the checkbox "Send this error via Internet"?

Mi Maciej,

See screenshots attached. I am unable to 'send error via internet'.

Dear Customer,

I looks like your local network is blocking sending the report to Simex. Maybe firewall is an issue or policy of security of your local network. Anyway, in this case please describe the issue with details here. Describe situation when it occurs. Step by step what do you do to make this window appears.
Send us SimCorder.elf file from SimCorder's folder in installation directory (default is C:\Program Files (x86)\SimCorder_Network\Server\SimCorder.elf).
Also attach databases (C:\Program Files (x86)\SimCorder_Network\Server\bases). Zipping it should reduce it's size effectively.
